- Toe nails are shaped and file, feed soaked in peppermint footbath, cuticles tided.
- Refreshing peppermint foot scrub is applied and massaged into feet and ankles to remove dead skin and bring healthy skin to surface.
- An intensive rejuvenating foot masque is applied, feet are wrapped in warm towels to deeply penetrate and lock in moisture.
- Finally a light soothing foot and leg massage to moisturise and condition skin whilst relaxing tired or aching legs and feet. Colour nails polish of choice is applied to finish.
